Weekly Challenge #164: "Amanda (Earth) Day"

From Wikipedia
Earth Day is an annual event, celebrated on April 22, on which day events worldwide are held to demonstrate support for environmental protection. It was first celebrated in 1970, and is now coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network,[1] and celebrated in more than 192 countries each year.[2]
In 1969 at a UNESCO Conference in San Francisco, peace activist John McConnell proposed a day to honor the Earth and the concept of peace, to first be celebrated on March 21, 1970, the first day of spring in the northern hemisphere.

So this week our challenge is to take inspiration from our Earth.

I wasn't too fussed on participating in this week's challenge, however, whilst flicking pages of a colouring book I keep here for when my granddaughter visits, I came across several scenes that would fit perfectly.

here is my inspiration piece.

and here is my ZIA

Thanks for stopping by and many thanks for your interest and comments on my posts from last week.  I appreciate it greatly - have a great week! :)
