A very short post tonight - I've just seen our Diva is back with the first challenge for 2015. It's a 'use my tangle' and its name is 'hitch' by HeidiSue.
It's almost 12.30 am in the morning and I'm back at work as of today and I really need to get some sleep so I won't have time to shade my tile, perhaps another time, who knows, I may even let it be.
I hope you all had lovely holidays and I wish you all good things for this new year.
Have a nice week :)
Post note: its actually a micron brown pen and not red as most have thought :)
How beautiful! I love the way you varied the size and shape and all the variations. The addition of the red gives it a nice pop and the shadow box echoes the colors. Wonderful work.
ReplyDeleteI like this with the red accents
ReplyDeleteI really like your "vision" with this one. I don't think you need to add shadowing. It looks crisp and clean this way.
ReplyDeletethis reminds me of art you might see at a Chinese restaurant. Red, precise, and with that elegant fish look that the Chinese put in so much of their art. I really like it.
ReplyDeleteVery nice, Lila. I think it actually does have a Chinese looks, as Heidi Sue said. Happy New Year :)
