Weekly Challenge #169: String Theory: Circles (2nd entry)

Here's my 2nd entry to this week's circle challenge.  I've used 2 tangles; Pines (by me), and Thumb Printz by Traci Frogley

 I've dabbled with special effects here; just felt like it :)

    What better reason that "just feeling like it"? The tangles look really great together. I like that "Pines" and will have to look for it on Flickr.
