I must admit 'Betweed' is not one of my go to patterns and was wondering how I was going to do this Monotangle challenge by Laura at I am the Diva this week. I tried to give it a different spin by using Tanglepattern String # 127 by 'Lily Moon'.
Not sure that I succeeded as it looks fairly blah to me :) Oh well, here it is anyway. You never know - I'll do another later on.
I hope you are all having a pleasant week.
... and another Betweed tile
Oh I really like the second one! I tried last nite and mine just did not work but maybe today! Thanks
ReplyDeleteThank you Karen :)
DeleteI agree with Karen. that second one is wow, love it
ReplyDeleteBoth are great, #2 is my favorite, it looks a bit like steampunk. I guess because of the color and the dots on the betweed ribbons! I think thats awesome!
ReplyDeleteI really like both of your tiles, the first flows nicely and the second has great contrast!
ReplyDeleteI like them both! The first has so much movement, great!
ReplyDeleteYou are much to hard on yourself, I think is't beautiful and love your different approach.
ReplyDeleteThe second one is really nice!
ReplyDeleteTwo excellent Tiles, Lila. I love the line weighting in the first tile, and the vanishiing point perspective of the second. Both have excellent Betweed patterns with terrific shading. Well done.
ReplyDeleteBoth are lovely.
ReplyDeleteBoth are wonderful! Especially I like the first one! Wonderful flow!
ReplyDeleteBoth are great but the second one is my favourite.
